He's either a management troll or doesn't yet realize he's a kindergartner trying to tell high schoolers the rules of the hallway.

We used to be the best regional to work for, but management is showing they aren't interested in keeping us a top tier regional.

It’s pretty bad here. The schedules and QOL are crap. Come back in a few months after 2 leg commuting to 11 days off and non-commutable lines and let us know how great this place is. I hope you don’t like your family because you won’t be seeing them much. Unless you live in NYC, CVG or Detroit don’t come here. And if you get the 200, NYC and CVG will suck really bad too.

Default Time to Bail?

I’m a new hire close to my LOE…time to bail for an AAL regional? $90 per hour yields an additional $33K in 12 months…and maybe I’ll get to DAL in a year or two instead of six?

You will likely get to DAL faster via an AA wholly owned unless a staple or something like it happens. Nobody knows how likely that is. Make sure you complete OE and get your bonus before you bail.

If you don't complete OE, you didn't complete the Training program. This will show on PRIA.

Green Needles has it right: finish OE, get the bonus, then bail.

You answered your own question. Get your app in today. It's probably better if they do a PRIA check after you're done with LOE.

If management actually cared, they'd release a communication along the lines of "We are aware of the industry changing packages now offered by Envoy and Piedmont. We are actively and immediately engaging with ALPA leadership to develop an industry leading package to ensure Endeavor continues to be the gold standard of regional airlines."

Enough of the silence and "we need more data" talk. Everyone with a lemonade stand level of management expertise knows the writing is on the wall for endeavor unless management does something proactive. I'm not impressed with our leadership since at least BL. Come to 9E is you want to work NYC for 50% less than our competitors. If you really want Delta, go to Envoy or Piedmont. You'll make more money and get to Delta faster.
