Right now with NY building up, the answer is after new York is built up. My professional speculation is that will occur by December, which should be good timing for you if you plan to start next month + 3 months of training

My class date at endeavor is for the first week of January. Pending endeavor accepting my 135 sic time (long story) would it be that much more beneficial to start a few months sooner?

I am coming from a 135 operator that operates a single pilot aircraft with 2 pilots at all times (much like cape air). Endeavor is the only regional giving me a hard time about the sic time. I am now a PIC but I would have to stay at my current position a few extra months to make up for the SIC time they won't accept.

Isn't that an FAA thing and not really an endeavor thing? I'm sure if it was up to endeavor they would count all your 135 SIC time and start you in class immediately, because we need you! Anyone else know more?

Funny thing is I did my PIC check ride with the FAA who clearly stated my time was valid. Endeavor is supposedly working on an answer now and "hopes" to get it straightened out soon. The company I am coming from isn't necessarily a "small" operation and others have been hired from here to Endeavor. Not sure where the confusion is coming from...

Ah Gotcha...there are so many moving parts here I am sure someone says one thing and someone else says something else. Good Luck! keep bugging them everyday about it until you get the answer.

Growth will be in NYC for the foreseeable future. I'd WAG it would take ~6 months to get to MSP. Bid the 200, you'll have faster movdment

You're assuming no one will move on outside of SSP/DGI. I know multiple people who have left the company in the last few weeks (not lateral moves).

Does anyone here commute on jetBlue?

If so, are the number of seats shown on jetBlue.com more accurate or the number of seats shown as available after you check-in and look at the standby list?

For my flight it's showing 20+ available on the website for sale but only 6 available on the standby list. I know jetBlue does not oversell their flights, so this is puzzling.

Let's see! We average 3-5 people outside of the SSP per month. 2-3 are on the Captain side. I sure hope you're right.
