Best overnights? Are there ever any in BNA? Most hours?
All three have their own good and bad overnights, and you’ll do a lot of through flying no matter where you’re based.

Good 175 overnights include SBA, SBP, BOI, TUL, XNA, LIT, SGF, MSY, MSP, MSN, GRB, CVG, BTV, PWM, ORF, and probably a lot more.

The 145 has surprisingly good overnights, particularly from ORD. Lots of cheap fun midwestern/college towns like MHK LSE DBQ SCE MQT.

As I understand, all the 175s were choice of any of the three bases.

Seems like a small class size? Or no and this is just the usual size?

Definitely a smaller class than the last few. I know they are desperately trying to increase the number of instructors, but it sounds like willing bodies to drink the kool aid is becoming a factor.

Doesn’t matter if you believe or not.
OO has full classes well into next year at 80+ new hires a month…….. for each plane.
Upgrades/transitions take that number to 300+ training events per month, not including recurrent events.
But I think things are moving everywhere.

It’s more than 100, a lot more.

4 classes a month, 2 CRJ 60-80 per class, 2 ERJ 60-80 per class. I’ve heard numbers as high as 320 a month, I’d bet it’s closer to 250. OO’s CEO (CC) said class’s filled until March during the earnings call, and that was weeks ago.

They want 7,000 pilots by mid 2022 AFTER attrition. The Seniority List is currently at 5,400 so you do the math.
