Again - a typical CRJ footprint has been about three month from day 1 of indoc to reserve list.
So for these particular individuals, that's mid May.
That's if no-one is struggling. I've seen a DEC sit at home for two months because his sim slots were needed by someone else.

As with everything, sounds like it's about your timing and how busy the sims are.
On the 175 side, our training footprint would've been 6 weeks indoc to IOE if it wasn't for the Christmas break. No wait for IOE either. 3 days from checkride to IOE.
