401K is paid if you spent at least one year at AA or a wholly owned. You will receive the 16% DC. A regular street hire will not. PM me for details if you need them.
Also, if there is less than 30 days from your resignation from Envoy to your start date at AA, you can credit your time at Envoy towards your retirement travel benefits.
