I am very confident of which position Dera is in, so I will go out on a limb here and say his sources are probably pretty good, however sources often change their mind at the last minute. I mean our current MEC ran on the fact that he was one of two no votes on the big LOA due to the fact that he felt the pilots should vote. Guess what happened on his first deal, he signed it without letting the pilots get a vote...

So, I won't hold my breath. If flow backs happen, it will be a **** storm unless we got something amazing, like I dont know, AA seniority numbers. Most know I am a huge fan of flow improvements, but in this case they are worthless due to no hiring. It would have to be a mandatory 50% of all AA classes or something to even be considered.

Stop negotiating here. If you work here, there are other ways for you to voice your opinions and ideas.

WE have a difference of opinion. It just doesn't matter what we say here, the company will negotiate down to THEIR desired number or it simply won't happen. They already know what they are willing to accept.

To think that they listen to anything we say here is foolish. If they did, we would all be in a better spot right now. Besides, lets hope they do listen and give us seniority numbers and the 50% of each class was their offer back in BK that we foolishly turned down. Not like I am saying anything radical or new.

Not sure about applications or interviews, but training, upgrades and new hires has been suspended indefinitely.

Have they actually stopped upgrades too? The email only talked about New Hires.

it looks like people currently in training will finish. Anyone as of Monday the 23rd will be postponed.

The only negotiating at Envoy is filing grievances.

At the moment there are no flow back clauses in the contract.

Personally I wouldn’t negotiate anything, let it happen then file a grievance and goto arbitration. There’s really nothing to negotiate, this one is pretty binary, there’s no way to skew words.
