Its already out there. Talk to your reps, they will tell you whats going on.

As it is calculated roughly, all aa side flying, mesa cuts 11%, rah cuts 15%, skw cuts 10%, psa 25$ and the favorite envoy average across the board 40% cuts.

You cant add the numbers that way, that is a statistical error.

You got to put some weight into how many block hours they are flying per base. If one base flies 1000 flights and one flies 10, if they cut 10 (100%) from the other base, we didnt lose 99% of our flying.

Thank you. Buddies8’s math is as bad as his grammar.

NY may have taken a major (74%) reduction but it is a small amount of flying compared to DFW and ORD.

I understand the more pax we have per flight is good obviously. Theres a nationwide alert to not travel at all. Borders are shutdown to nonessentials.
We are seeing significant drops in loads....yet there are still flights going with about 20-30 people on them. Some even having 40-50.

Why are people still flying?

DoNoHarm 03-21-2020 12:16 PM

I don't think anyone really knows the extent of the cuts yet. They will continue to grow as time moves forward. I would expect at least 50% of all passenger flying to be cut in the next 15 days, even after the present cuts.

Well then you put out the correct numbers grammatically correct, english teacher.
