So how does Envoy come out of this COVID-19 crisis? Obviously our fate is tied to AAG (which, unfortunately, is not a good place to be). Do the wholly-owneds merge? Does AA relax scope and we get hosed with flying bigger jets (i.e. less mainline flying)? Does our flow get torn up in a bankruptcy? Do we get absorbed at mainline? Does Carole Baskin douse us in sardine oil and feed us to the tigers?

I agree with you on everything except for work rules. We don’t really have any work rules left over from the last bankruptcy/concessionary contract. As if this place wasn’t rough enough ...

The inheritable value of the large network is gone, think of why no startups have RJ's, and instead build robust point to point service, then expand to hubs w/ connections.
Too hard to make money on day 1 with a rual coast to cost network, and legacys may have to start at day 1 when this is over.
There is a response from Scot Kirby basically lol'ing when he heard Frontier was gonna put Denver on connections with banks of flights.

so what kind of deal is Endeavor getting in NY. Sounds like they don't have to report to work and still get paid min guaranteed for the month. Not too bad
