Nope. That was an MEC cadre from the past. That disease though continued on with new names like "Team Tony", etc., and in fact still exists today. No one has tried to correct the disease or even at least mitigate its symptoms. In fact, there is a perfect example of one of its symptoms right here on this forum manifesting itself almost daily.

That is in fact, exactly why you are where you are.......that being, a very sick patient with a multitude of unpleasant symptoms wondering why he is sick and why he never seems to get better.

No i dont know the full history of eagle, nor do i care about it. I had a life before i came here and will have one when i leave.
I have to ask. Why do you care so much about posting the "truth" about your past employer. You don't work here anymore, you have moved on and clearly your career has greatly benefited from eagle. Why do you feel the need to do so ?
Whatever your opinion is, right or wrong, it cant possibly justify the need to constantly cast your past employer in a negative light.

If you learned more about the history of Eagle, you'd be less apt to set yourself up for disappointment. I'm casting YOUR employer in a far more realistic light then most of you are (which is a true minority of Envoy pilots) and most of the time, it's not your employer, but some of you along with some of your supposed representatives. The realities of the pilots of Envoy can be found right on EL or TA and it ain't pretty and it ain't from me. Many of you guys are also the quintessential hypocrites as you criticize other pilots, pilot groups and regional carriers with impunity, but then become incensed when the same litmus is applied to you.

 

Wow, it never fails. Every thread about Envoy becomes more and more worthless by the persistent rantings of eaglefly.

 

Of course not, but that is not the primary obstacle for you. The primary obstacle for the flow (and thus upgrades) in the future will be AA's almost certain lack of need for additional pilots starting late next year as they combine the three pre-merger seniority lists in actuality and do more with less via PBS. Just how long it will take them to right-size their pilot/flying equation even WITH retirements (which are still relatively modest for the next few years) is the wild card, but you can be sure it will be at least a year and probably more. You can nitpick that 18 month NLT training date until you flop over if it makes you feel more positive though. What it does is give flexibility to a management who VERY unsure themselves their upgrade/flow projections will TRULY be met and THAT is the message.

Anyone who thinks ANYONE in this industry can predict ANYTHING with any reasonable degree of certainty out 2, 4 or 6 years needs their head examined. It seems Envoy has A LOT of pilots who fit that requirement and even a rep or two.

 

That's one opinion. You just disagree with me and so I'm just "ranting". Do yourself a favor by putting me on ignore and join the EPOC (Envoy Pilots Ostrich Club) and make yourself feel a whole lot better.

 

You call it ruining, eaglefly calls it education. You see, when he says something that contradicts others even if opinionated, he calls it fact and truth. When others contradict him, he claims victim and says they are just envoy salesmen and that poor little eaglefly is completely outnumbered here.

Speaking of salesmen, he usually will use that opportunity to direct people to eaglelounge (And pay the $5) to show just how pure evil pilots of envoy are. I wonder if the owner gives him a cut?

Finally he strikes an altruistic chord saying all he cares about is the good of the realm, er, industry.

The good thing about posters like eaglefly is they are extremely predictable. It's basically how we ran off RJ Pilot, you bring to light their usual postings, it takes the wind out of their sail (or SALE, get it eaglefly? GET IT??) and all they are left is just kind of spinning in the water.

Of course at this point he will still probably try the envoy salesman pitch (heh heh), vilify by grouping, and throw in a healthy dose of self assurance that time will prove him right.

Hey, AFAIC you can say anything you want here. Unlike you or others, I make no demands of others and I don't make demands others be censored. The difference between me and you guys (about 10 or so from Envoy) is that I state a message you dislike and instead of discussing or debating the message, you attack the messenger. It's all you've got as you're bankrupt of valid rebuttal to the message.

Go ahead and review the banter. I for the most part talk about situations and most of you for the most part talk about individuals (me). You've got nothing. Why don't you get something of substance to rebut me ?

I mean, the same core group of you come on here every day and attack me for supposedly coming on here every day (which I don't) and to "get a life". You present yourselves as pure rock-throwing hypocrites bankrupt of valid rebuttal, but at least you admit your goal is to "run off" other members that post things you dislike or believe are against your interests. It's just a suggestion, but have you considered a move to say........Moscow, Havana or Pyongyang where your interpersonal philosophies are more mainstream ?
