time will tell, won't it. I can wait. You guys should plan accordingly though.

I will start planning on getting an additional raise when we park the 200s. There is nothing for us to plan, only accept whatever AAG decides to do with our fleet and schedules.

So you're saying PSA can't take the planes, everyone is having trouble hiring, and you believe that unless a fountain of youth is found there is no way around the massive movement of pilots to the majors.
What, in your eyes, justifies us voting in concessions? You're saying they can't even do the things they planned before we capitulated--what additional measures would they have "punished" us with?

Industry contraction and consolidation. It forced them to invest here. Absent the jet commitment here, you'd continue to shrink to staff others who did get the jets they want flying. The 50 seat companies will become staffing fodder for the larger gauge companies. We told you it doesn't solve their problems and that they'd be back to fix things; and they're back.

Ummmm what? Even for APC that doesn't make sense. All I was saying is we get even more raises when we park the 200s which sounds like it will be sooner rather than later which is fine by me.

I think he was talking to cujo and asking why envoy took concessions.

Also, word is the E175s are not coming to Envoy, its just something to keep your pilots from quitting too soon before all the flying and airplanes can be transferred over in an orderly fashion. It's more likely the E175's will come to PSA. PSA is already in discussions with Republic on leasing time on their sim at CVG.

But I'm not up as high as you are on the union food chain.
Are you high?

Is your nephew glad he stayed on at Envoy?

Company threatens to fire him (again) and he suddenly starts singing their tune. He must really not want to lose that job flying the worlds' smallest 777...

He says the flow is working as advertised. Current flow numbers through June are 99 hires. 16 year flow. I know Mason was a 2006 hire or thereabouts. He hasn't flowed yet with 9 years at the company.

"It's a great time to be an Envoy pilot."

Maybe Envoy ALPA should stamp that on their letterhead and communiques.
