Good Luck. |

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Vote NO and shut her down, planes will go to sub par regionals.(they win) Vote YES keep her afloat for 10 yrs while you try to get out, with a sub par contract thanks to the bro and sis of PSA PDT etc. envoy pilots have NO leverage. Good Luck. |

Good Luck. That's the way I see it. No leverage and with no leverage it is either play ball or game over. Checkmate. So at this point the only question is "do you want a job beyond two years" (at best) |

The company really messed up, first off most people don't care anymore and are in the process of either flowing or have put a years time into leaving and are getting calls from LLC or legacies. Only folks who don't have this are lifers who will ride it out till shut down. And those who never got off rsv and lack flight time. Further the above really ticked a lot off. They feel the company got greedy yet again. Having this guy glass and his office involved has really mess this up. The pilots feel shut it down at this point whatever. Gonna end up costing aag a ton of money in the end. |
I can't believe people still think envoy has/had leverage
|
So when will the results post ?

Tons of fos are really ****ed that yet again we got less than captains. Everyone feels it's an over reach with not one single fleet guarantee. 40 planes is ripe foor shutdown. Only yes votes are guys who feel they will eject soon because they are getting calls from majors or LLC and want 7500 out the door.

How many guys have bypassed the flow? Once you bypass that's it, right? You made your choice?
Are more people taking the flow now? |
I am a senior pilot and my vote is NO. The flow is smoke and mirrors after the 824 are gone. The fleet commitment only applies if they can staff the airline if they cannot as we see currently they can't the planes don't come here. F/o get shafted only 7500 before taxes leaves them with 4000.
Anyone who votes yes is someone who is always afraid or has no idea what is playing out. Vote yes and that mainline job won't be there even with retirements. You will be stuck here doing the job for less. |
If we turn it down, they will send the rest of the -175s out ASAP. Talk to your union reps. Yes, the deal is garbage at best, but we're backed into a corner. It'd be different if other airlines held the line and refused to fly the -175s and our -145s, but what's the likelihood of that happening? Nil. We'd be down to a fleet of 68 E-145s. What was comair at when they were shut down? Around 70 airframes.
What happened last time we turned the TA down? They outsourced the first batch of 175s and even outsourced some of our 145s. And on top of that they've made this a miserable place to work. Not saying the vote will magically change all of this, but it's better than the alternative. Most people I talk to are yes voters. Even some of the vocal no voters from last time. Now, flame away! |

I'm sorry but I fail to see how "burning it down" and indirectly sending 40 planes to another carrier, dropping upgrade times, enticing fos to make MORE lateral moves to chase an upgrade, increasing the whipsaw, eliminating a relatively well paid regional and leaving more lower paid ones to flight for the scraps, and giving up a guaranteed job at a legacy is preserving the industry and your future careers. In my eyes this would have the opposite effect.
If Eagle votes yes, they are only guaranteed 40 airplanes correct?? So what is the incentive to vote yes? you already have 220some airplanes. That would already put a large majority of pilots on the street. |

You must be in a different tax bracket than the F/O folk! |

Why should FOs get the same as captains? Good Luck. |

If we vote no, they give the 40 E-Jets to some other carrier and eventually wind us down. As it stands now, eaglevoy is slated to go down to 68 ERJ-145s. All CR7s are going to psa and 50 ERJ-145s are going to TSA, expressjet, and piedmont. |

90 options to MAYBE come in well past 2017? hmm...
|
Simple question: Where is this agreement better than the one rejected by over 70% of pilots who voted?
|
It is not better. It is worse than the one voted down. Aag is betting on the fear factor.

No other carrier is able to staff aag flying. They are all stealing from peter to pay paul. Then aag announces aircraft transferring from envoy to tsa, pdt, psa and ejt that are 10 months out into the future so they can use that as enticement to attract new pilots. All these companies have attrition as envoy does they all have retention problems. AWAC requested to have some aircraft come off aag feed to do delta and asg said no because the other carriers can't meet the schedule and aag needs awac to fill the hole. All smoke and mirrors. You just have to be able to see through the smoke and realize this pyramid scheme parker had started is crumbling around him. |

It's better if we have some airplanes to work until we can get someplace else. Plz do not tell me about the transferring aircraft to others, this can happen with the 40 also. Plus the other carriers are using the public release of the deal with asg to hire but they still have attrition problems as envoy. Next summer all come apart for aag including dal and ucal. No gains in voting yes just more to lose with a yes vote. Vote NO |

You do have aircraft at envoy. This ta guarantees nothing except 40 aircraft fleet if you can staff it. So vote yes with 200 aircraft for a maybe 40 aircraft.
