MGT took the ALPA offer of a 10/2 scale with 50% medical contributions in turn for flow numbers and grandfathering for everybody on property/seniority list. Envoy will also be merged with PDT and PSA, where as per the agreement, all aircraft will be transferred to Envoy. PSA and PDT pilots will not have seniority rights. Lee Moak is happy with the deal.

Is this also meaning that any future Envoy pilots will not have the flow or grandfathering? Anyways, this doesn't seem right at all.....is this post for real? Just kidding....speculation is fun sometimes. |

Same as AIP basically but 20 less 175s and less new hire flow slots. I hope it passes for everyone's sake at Envoy.

Pay freeze until 2017. Then 1% IAI. 12/4 caps. Health insurance increase and only mentions 40 175s as a guaranteed fleet. Still losing 100+ planes and won't have any movement. $7500 signing bonus for FO, $12500 for captains. Weak language on flow throughs to AA. Per diem increases by $.05 until it reaches $2.00

Basically the last TA minus the 20 planes compass is getting. This time it will probably pass. It's unfortunate envoy was placed in this position.

Current FOs stay in the current 8yr payscale. 824 flow = 50%, metered up to 30 after the 1st 175 get here Protected Pilot = 35%, metered up to 25 per month. After done with the 49th 176 goes up to 50% or 30 a month NH after Protected = 35%, 15 slots NHs after DOS = 25%, 5slots |
