Most of these FOs don't deserve the extra money. They dress up and play pilot without ever having any honest hard work under their belts.
They show no respect for their jobs and say stupid things in front of the passengers.
Maybe give them a raise in maturity

You didn't have to mention it, it was more then obvious. Your reference was to an "argument" about spelling and I was the only one of the two of us that described. Nice try at tap dancing your way out of the obvious, but once again, you failed.

Deflecting that by a feeble attempt at innocence won't do, but whatever keeps your self-denial in check........
