Enjoy your 8 plus years as an FO at a "great regional" then. We at Envoy will continue to just upgrade and flow. And yes, in fact you can consider us AA pilots. The interview you get at Envoy is the same as AA's. It's why it's so tough. Because they know they are interviewing an AA pilot in the end. Once hired at Envoy, you have 6 years or less until you are in Indoc at AA.

I would tell you to come over to Envoy but there is a very good chance you may not make it through the interview. Remember, it's an AA interview.

I wouldn't be surprised by anything you say as each Tale of Ulysses is wilder then the last.

AAG management has reason to meet the present flow, the most important being they are required to as per Nicolau's award. Right now, that works for them considering Envoy's pilot demographics and their likely plan for the WO regional future. Only a sap would mistake what AAG is doing from a self-interest/contractual reason to what Envoy management is promises for THEIR personal interests. Some on here have also made it their life's mission to sell snake oil to boost their own CAREER PROGRESSION and a few because they are probably paid for it. ........I heard it was $96,000 last year ?

Keep selling hard as you wish, but I don't think the Envoy CJC is reeling in to many suckers with their song and dance act. Perhaps if you added a parrot ?
You are only a sap if you can't understand career progression. For all Envoy pilots. I would suggest pulling your head out of the sand and take a look around Envoy. In the previous 3 years, over 500 pilots have flowed. Yes 500 pilots have flowed to AA.

The 2.5/6 is just a result of all these flows and the numbers we continue to flow each month.

Other good things are happening at Envoy too. A MIA base LOA has been presented to the pilot group. This greatly helps our pilots living in the MIA area. We continue to work on reserve rules. In the end, I fully expect to have the best reserve rules in the industry. Block hours have been increasing and we expect to have this continue into 2016. Then there's the question of when the 90 options on the 175's will be exercised. I'll give you one guess where these will end up.

Go do some research on CAREER PROGRESSION and get back to me. I'll give you a hint. It's going gangbusters right now at Envoy. You need to do some work on your math as well.

It's a great time to be an Envoy pilot.

There you go MikeFox, someone claiming hard numbers without acknowledging the barriers. Of course, you did say no one would do this with any sense and thus we must agree then this character is bankrupt of that quality, yes ?

205 upgrades next year (only 20% of F/O's). 200-300 flows, so that means LESS overall captains positions there by end of 2016 then present. Yup, you CJC'ers PROGRESS well at........

Actually they are saying 250 upgrades next year not awarded yet. There's no flows in December and we have upgrade classes starting in dec.

So, you're claiming management has revised their unawarded upgrade projections of 11/4 from 205 to 250 ? Hadn't heard that, but that would still require 750 F/O's (75% of present F/O's) to upgrade between Jan. 2017 through mid 2018, which doesn't compute.

So far, I've heard 205. Way too much fuzzy math IMO.

Watching eaglefly and cujo664 argue is like watching two bums fight...highly amusing! And I'm still convinced 664 is eaglefly's alter ego

Ric's letter about 2.5/6 came out about 6 months ago. Personally I think it will be correct or at least be very close.

You're not the only one who gets amusement here. The CJC snake oil lubed strokefest has its mirth as well. Not as astonishing as watching the current crop of Envoyeurs on EL rip each other to pieces though. That's like a hienous car crash you don't want to watch, but can't look away from, especially with the management stooges who have obviously infiltrated their own pilot group like a trojan horse.

I'm still convinced you're a CLR minion.
