I would tell you to come over to Envoy but there is a very good chance you may not make it through the interview. Remember, it's an AA interview.

I guess you don't get it either as from my perspective your "math" sucks. If only 205 upgrades occur next year as management has indicated, the rest of the present F/O's must upgrade within 1.5 years after that. That's about 800 F/O's if you have 2000 pilots. I wouldn't be surprised by anything you say as each Tale of Ulysses is wilder then the last.
AAG management has reason to meet the present flow, the most important being they are required to as per Nicolau's award. Right now, that works for them considering Envoy's pilot demographics and their likely plan for the WO regional future. Only a sap would mistake what AAG is doing from a self-interest/contractual reason to what Envoy management is promises for THEIR personal interests. Some on here have also made it their life's mission to sell snake oil to boost their own CAREER PROGRESSION and a few because they are probably paid for it. ........I heard it was $96,000 last year ?
Keep selling hard as you wish, but I don't think the Envoy CJC is reeling in to many suckers with their song and dance act. Perhaps if you added a parrot ?

The 2.5/6 is just a result of all these flows and the numbers we continue to flow each month.
Other good things are happening at Envoy too. A MIA base LOA has been presented to the pilot group. This greatly helps our pilots living in the MIA area. We continue to work on reserve rules. In the end, I fully expect to have the best reserve rules in the industry. Block hours have been increasing and we expect to have this continue into 2016. Then there's the question of when the 90 options on the 175's will be exercised. I'll give you one guess where these will end up.
Go do some research on CAREER PROGRESSION and get back to me. I'll give you a hint. It's going gangbusters right now at Envoy. You need to do some work on your math as well.
It's a great time to be an Envoy pilot.

Of course, you did say no one would do this with any sense and thus we must agree then this character is bankrupt of that quality, yes ?

You are only a sap if you can't understand career progression. For all Envoy pilots. I would suggest pulling your head out of the sand and take a look around Envoy. In the previous 3 years, over 500 pilots have flowed. Yes 500 pilots have flowed to AA.

205 upgrades next year (only 20% of F/O's). 200-300 flows, so that means LESS overall captains positions there by end of 2016 then present. Yup, you CJC'ers PROGRESS well at........

So far, I've heard 205. Way too much fuzzy math IMO.

Not as astonishing as watching the current crop of Envoyeurs on EL rip each other to pieces though. That's like a hienous car crash you don't want to watch, but can't look away from, especially with the management stooges who have obviously infiltrated their own pilot group like a trojan horse.I'm still convinced you're a CLR minion.
