Currently overstaffed, more people leaving than are currently being hired. The numbers seem to work, provided they can find enough new hires. I don't really see 2.5 yr upgrade from when the letter came out, but if they get close, I'll be happy. I have no doubt there will be lots of movement, I just hope management can handle it.

I'm just not sure if I should cast my lot somewhere with quicker movement. But I do feel as though once somewhere is identified as any of the big "buzz words" (quick upgrade, fast movement, etc.) it is already too saturated to benefit from any of those things. Maybe envoy has not yet reached that point...

Ya. 2.5 seems a bit too good to be true. I think envoy has attractive traits such as stability, good bases, flow and the people there seem friendly.!

There's minimal movement right now. Large scale upward movement is possible, but management needs to get their shiz in gear if it's going to happen. If it happens IMO it's not going to start until mid- to late 2016. Yes, downsizing is still in the plan, which may be part of the reason management is so slow to shift gears. We're still fat on pilots. No surprise they're dragging their feet, really; this company operates on stamping out fires after they've started, not on preventing them in the first place.

But, this is normal here.
Things will start moving fast starting next month.
