You must remember Envoy was the sacrificial lamb in 2014-15.

About a month back, our DO was in CLT and told a group of our LCAs that there would be a "big announcement soon" and that it is a "great time to be at a WO". I thought it was just typical bs to string pilots along, but maybe this is it...

Just a thought here but have any of you really thought maybe they mean Industry leading top pay by the time the bonus adds into a small hourly increase? I can only speak for what I have seen so far, and so far we've been getting nickeled and dimed at every corner thus far.

Based solely on the fact he said the current pay rates need parity with the new hire rates it's very likely he's talking 40/hour+ for new hire rates since that's roughly where the four year scale tops out.

And of course, all this on top of our no-interview flow to American Airlines. Speaking of which, AA has requested Envoy begin sending 40/month now instead of 30.

More news and details tomorrow. Congrats to everyone at Envoy...we have earned this.

Actually Captain Retention bonus money for pilots flowing to AA only as per RW email. So the company will be continuing AAG's discrimination against select pilots on the property. Now let see how the union spins this discrimination as a positive for all.
This action if it stays as the email states is deplorable act by the company, aag and alpa.

I fail to see the problem here. Even Endeavor's bonus is a retention bonus. Longer you stay the more you get. If you would prefer to pursue other oppurtunities you are more than welcome to. Am i missing something or is this another case of a pilot complaining his bag of money is too heavy?
