Yea man. 9/11 and the recession had nothing to do with it. If AMR was serious about the flow they would've furloughed extra AA pilots so Eagle guys could have flowed up.

On the subject of only giving retention bonuses to those who are going to flow... Aren't the super senior (the lifers) the ones that get to advance to higher pay steps while the rest of us are capped at step 12?
