Envoy has spent LOTS of money marketing over the years, but they don’t do a very good job managing.
Envoy, (incredibly, due to AAG) got in on the front side of the regional airline pay increases and had a FLOOD of applicants with prior 121. But they weren’t prepared to deal with the applications or applicants. They don’t realize this whole thing has to be managed or those applicants will decide to go elsewhere or in many cases, they are still better off to stay where they are now as other companies have been increasing pay.
Also, with the 145 training program gone, all current pilots on the 145 have to transition to the 175. They just don’t have the capacity to hire new pilots and retrain current ones, which is making the situation worse.

TBH, I’d definitely be exploring other options. It honestly sounds like Envoy has put all non, DECs in a holding pattern with no EFC. If you really want that 121 time, look elsewhere. The clock is ticking. But ultimately comes down to what works for YOU.

Several regionals are starting FO’s at $90/hr, so you’ll be making good money, finally. Choose one of those.

Getting $90 an hour is finally in the realm of REASONABLY ACCEPTABLE pay for an FO in this profession (any ATP turbojet position).
Let's all stop selling ourselves short!!!

"Good money" should be a Legacy FO starting at $215 / hour. Especially since we have regional CA making that much now...

Yes, it’s good to see wages finally come up, but if the majors don’t secure rates soon, that chance will slip away. As it is, all these rates are likely to be given back, at least partially, as the economy continues to implode.
