TBH, I’d definitely be exploring other options. It honestly sounds like Envoy has put all non, DECs in a holding pattern with no EFC. If you really want that 121 time, look elsewhere. The clock is ticking. But ultimately comes down to what works for YOU.

Several regionals are starting FO’s at $90/hr, so you’ll be making good money, finally. Choose one of those.

Getting $90 an hour is finally in the realm of REASONABLY ACCEPTABLE pay for an FO in this profession (any ATP turbojet position).
Let's all stop selling ourselves short!!!

"Good money" should be a Legacy FO starting at $215 / hour. Especially since we have regional CA making that much now...

Yes, it’s good to see wages finally come up, but if the majors don’t secure rates soon, that chance will slip away. As it is, all these rates are likely to be given back, at least partially, as the economy continues to implode.
Not selling anyone short, but even majors are not going to get starting pay to much over low $100s to start. That $215 an hour is the 20 year rate. Those at WOs who get it before then will see it VERY briefly before flow, or because qualified as an LCA.
