Straight from potential recruits' mouths: Higher pay vs. Flow - they're taking the higher pay. Given the hiring environment among Majors and LCCs, the flow means very little in the grand scheme of things. Now given the SAME pay WITH the flow - they'd obviously pick that and have the flow in their back pocket.

So anyone else hear that we are stopping the flow of 700's to PSA and getting some 700's back? Also heard we are using a 700 sim in STL and hiring more SI's for the 700.

I’ve heard the complete opposite. As of right now PSA can’t handle anymore 700’s. Hiring at PSA has slowed way down with E9 new pay rates.

The fleet manger said transfers will continue until December then stop to be re-evaluated. But I’ve also had a previous fleet manger tell our recurrent class compass will never fly our 175s.
