ORD to possibly MIA*, live in base.
Plan on picking up OT within reason.
*hence the long term question about the seniority if MIA for both FO and CA, it's be great to go 145, have MIA few months after DOH, but if it's supersenior on the CA side, that's not a very viable choice for long term.

I'll answer this in part. If your goal is get lots of fligh time your first year then bid ORD out of training. Transfer to NY after you can hold a line. Transfer to MIA when ever you want/able to hold a line. ORD reserve fly more than NY reserve. NY lines are better than ORD lines.

How's the ORD 175 vs 145 life looking? I understand the current initial bid process and I'd be in the 3rd group, but at 36yo hopefully would get a shot at picking something other than what's left.

I have a place to live in ORD and MIA, nothing in N.Y., hence the desire to stick to these two.
