I am sorry for your condition there at envoy. It is bad the way that the pilots are treated there. I know, I spend many years at american eagle before envoy. It is true that envoy treats pilots worse the old american eagle.
Finally a post that is actually truthful from start to finish. I knew you could do it.

That's great. It isn't rocking the boat to make sure you get what you are owed per the contract we all agreed to follow. Once during a period of poor staffing a scheduling manager said in earshot of a union rep something along the lines of "we're just trying to see what sticks." In other words, they will do what they want, contract language or not, and hope they can get away with it. Enough people let them get away with stuff that it is worth it for them to try, even though it is dishonest.

So according to Section 11(T) I can fail to make any two attempts to commute in and the missed assignment be waived under the commuting policy.
Any backlash on choosing specifically full flights and checking in last minute to ensure you are the last one on the standby list? Or given that my commute is a two legged, booking them separately as to not become a D2T and move up the list?

Umm, yes, there would be backlash if you worked that hard to miss work. It's called a good faith commuter policy. Please don't ruin it for the rest of us.

You must also call after your first missed attempt and Crew Scheduling may just A pass you. But just like the poster above said, it is good faith, don't screw it for everyone else

It's more of a hypothetical, rather than my actual plan. It's pretty much the only good part of our contract I can find. I'm personally too scared to use it for the off chance I can't actually get to work. I wouldn't want it abused. Just sick of getting the short end of the sandpapered paint can sized ****.

Ok, I hear where your coming from, I'd recommend talking to your CPO about any specific scenarios your worried about some they are the ones who will be clearing you if you do use it. Personally I absolutely use it. I give myself two flights that get me there in time regardless of loads. I keep CS very updated if I miss one, I keep all documents, take selfies at the gate, screenshot flight delays. You just want to make it super easy for the CPO to believe you.

It's really a non issue. Call CS after the first one, bring your proof of attempts to the CPO and you're done. I've been given positive space on occasion after my first attempt but there's no requirement for them to do so. It's a low stress process if you play by the rules
