Thanks, but I’ve always said yes to transition. But, this doesn’t seem to address what happens when you say no to transition...

Weird that the transition subject is here, as I just came on to ask a question regarding this very subject. Made me laugh.
I have read that passage in the new hire guide several times before and just read it again. Still not sure how it applies to my specific question, however.
My question involves going into recurrent. Since we are supposed to get a minimum of 11 days off per month, in what way does your "transition" choice effect your training month?
For example, if some of your training days are on your days off, and that in turn put you under 11 days off for the month, would selecting transition yes or no have an effect on pay or schedule?
They would have to drop days from your flying schedule to get you back to 11 days off since training days went into days off, correct?

If you’re brought below 11 days that’s different, and you need to submit an RF 100 RTD form.
