They're better than paper charts.

If they had an own-ship and moving map, it would be nice.

Ha, exactly. If a fed asks about the surface, it is fantastic! Another pilot asks, it is a POS dumpster model.

Those surfaces are going away soon. Their demise isn’t scheduled yet, but their end has already been guaranteed because Jepp isnt supporting its Microsoft app anymore.

I give it a year until we get iPads.
