It won’t take 7 years to upgrade, that’s for sure. It’ll be under that but just how much under and how soon is the real question. Right now it’s real foggy with all the changes we just went through and things are still settling down, but also warming up as the deliveries of the E175 approach.

Upgrades always come down. What doesn’t is QOL if you airline is “liffer” heavy...

Exactly!!! Go to a airline that is not top heavy, Compass, Envoy,(?).PSA (?) Not SkyWest, ExpressJet, Republic, Horizon, Wisconsin...

ExpressJet doesn’t contract it out. It’s ExpressJet instructors and ExpressJet sims.

Wow- so expressjet is so busy with new hire training that they’re contracting out the ATP CTP course?

Yes, from what I was told is to continue the expeditious training (those going through initial), they’re outsourcing ATP-CTP for now.

Just for sims? How many weeks is that?

I thought new hires were in Houston for the whole time during training.
