It won’t take 7 years to upgrade, that’s for sure. It’ll be under that but just how much under and how soon is the real question. Right now it’s real foggy with all the changes we just went through and things are still settling down, but also warming up as the deliveries of the E175 approach.

That works out to nearly 8 hours of class time for 4 days. I highly doubt that CommutAir’s program then sticks people in the sim for 10 hours on the 5th day but if they did, Godspeed to them.
ExpressJet doesn’t contract it out. It’s ExpressJet instructors and ExpressJet sims.
