It’s a work-around the 60 day notice requirement. Now they can wait until the day before the CARES ACT expires and rescind however many notices they want.

Till then, nobody knows where the cut will be made. Completely circumvents the reason for the 60 day notice, so no heads up at all.

We will still get a 30 day notice per the CBA. So by September 1st you will know.

the WARN act was a response to frequent zero day notice. Factory doors chained shut one Monday morning and that’s it. This isn’t no heads up
