Thats because there is years of work to do on something like this. You dont just run out to Best Buy and purchase 2000 ipads and hand them out. Developing a chart vendor and manuals program takes time....and cost. Our parent company has a board of directors and shareholders that hold the purse strings. They need proof that this reduces overall costs. They dont care about our backs. Then there are IT considerations, etc. Be happy if you see this next year. It will be worth the wait.

If you didn't get, or read, the email check this out.

ASA Prelim Download

Enter in all your info and see your prelim for November. Finally a way around that stupid "address bar hack".

It doesn't appear they are going to publish prelims once the bid has closed though. Which still makes the back door necessary. I can't imagine why this wouldn't be posted, probably just an oversight and we'll get it next month.

It went out as an email from ALPA. Just make sure you're on the mailing list.

You obviously didn't read or understand the e-mails. These are preliminary awards! They are pretty much useless because a lot can change until the actual, and they won't be posted there before the actual award date.

Not sure I know what you mean. I think it's clear in my post I understand they are publishing prelims, but it would be nice if they published them a third time just after the bid closes. This way there is no jockeying and the only changes are on the extreme edges of the credit window.

You guys are on crack! XJT will not get anything if it costs their company one cent. They are playing you guys for pure fools! When you guys actually get a contract, and actually merge lists, and see United's scope. I-pads..... you guys won't get Kotex Pads........
