It is all speculation at this point isn't it? You guys have your outliers and we have ours. You shouldn't give anything up and neither should we. If (big if) United chooses to buy the ERJ side, they have the cash to fund your outliers. If Delta buys the CRJ side, they will gut it like pinnacle, change the name to surejet, and fly as many frames as they can with the lifers. Grim picture I paint, but no reason for Delta to treat ASA any different than pinnacle.

I wasn't necessary disagreeing with him. I was just curious as to his reasoning.

Pure speculation, but I think one side will be around in a few years, and one will not. Time will show how it works out. Outliers are not the biggest problem, however.

Are your simple speaking of the natural expiration of the ERJ leases and its timeline compared to ASA's CPAs?

No, I believe the ASA side will see renewed flying or even new flying, and LXJT will have their expire and shrink. Only my opinion and how I see it going. I could be off. Anyway, I hope to not be here when it all goes down.

Who will replace the lift for United if not LXJT?
