How are the 717s looking?

EFBs are coming but not sure if will be getting them "soon". Rest of your post sounds very promising. We'll see if you can get a Bozo-like streak going

Kilroy posted quite a bit that if DL passed the TA that ASA would end up flying the 717s- among many other amazingly awesome crystal balls for ASA. Just continuing to hang that one over is head.

.

It's like Canada for us, except everywhere

Is Eagle the only regional that requires a safety vest on walk arounds?

I still have some time before I turn 50 but that is looking more like a realistic age when I will be at one of the legacies. I think I would've liked the news of upgrades and hiring due to attrition rather than all the mainline flying.

24 hours. But really the first 1-15 mins are all that matters. After that it's all poop and all the days that were above coverage are gone (if there were any to begin with). Boo crappy schedulers, Hooray beer!

I can't help but laugh at you L-ASA types who think the ILIW is some encumbrance on our lives. It's 24 hours once a month and it's not something you HAVE to do. It's just the time you have the OPTION of improving your schedule. And it's not even really 24 hours out of your life; if anything awesome is gonna happen, it happens in the first few minutes of the window opening. Now, if you got what you wanted from the bid (like all the senior, PBS-loving CRJ-types claim) then who cares about the line IMPROVEMENT window? You have nothing to improve on, right? So quit whining, congratulate yourself on how awesomely senior you are, go to the bar and have a beer without having to feel awkward when you don't buy the first round. Sheesh!
