2. Company has not achieved the synergies they expected from the merger.

3. Does not "look good" for the ERJ side. CRJ side should be OK. ERJ side on "3-5 year wind down", while looks like many of the CRJs will be extended.

4. Best thing would be a single pilot group, however at this time that doesn't look possible. Too many differences.

5. ASA side has a good working relationship with management at this time, and they are focused on improving the operation.

6. ASA MEC has a "very definite plan to leave the dead weight behind".

7. LXJT MEC has lack of direction.

8. Next negotiations not until OCT.

9. PBS arbitration has been delayed a month to see if LXJT side can come around.

10. ASA side working on several side letters to improve things, including reserves and duty in on phone.
If you are referring to earnings call, they didn't mention most of any of those things. If you are referring to another call, then disregard any that doesn't apply, which is mostly none of it.

3. It doesn't look good for the ERJ side but they didn't say they are winding down anything. Not all aircraft being parked are ERJ. A few are from Skywest and about 37 from ASA (I don't think that includes the dozen UAL aircraft).

4. They didn't say it doesn't look possible.

5. They didn't say anything about working relationships although I don't doubt they have good working relationships with both sides.

6. They didn't say anything about any MEC's plan. But rest assured that management has a plan and it's getting rid of all the money losing dead weight 50 seaters. It has nothing to do with sides as evidenced by aircraft being parked on both sides.

7. They didn't say anything about either MEC's direction. But both have direction. It's just that one side doesn't like the direction of the other.

8. They didn't say anything about negotiating schedules.

9. They didn't mention any arbitration or PBS. But it's not about whether the xjt MEC will come around. It's to give the xjt nc time to see if they can negotiate favorable PBS work rules.

10. They didn't mention any side letters but I'm sure they are working on them for both sides. See number 9.

You know what's funny? Every ASA guy I have run into has been cool..well except one who told me to vote eyes when the contract hadn't even come out yet.

Then I come on here and it's spleen-venting union politicking. You guys all need to chill out with this crap because it makes us look bad.

The ERJ isn't on a 3-5 year wind down.

The issue (if anyone listens to the earnings calls) is that the rates are too low. Labor is "a little high" but that isn't what's driving the losses.

Every person from management I have talked to (pilot or otherwise) has told me something different. If we are winding down, why is the company making the effort to keep the airplanes in far better shape than last summer? MX has been like night and day and the numbers reflect that.

What we need to do is take another whack at the contract and move on. Oh and I've bid down and used SmartPref and I personally like it.

I'm not willing to sell out the industry, but I'll vote yes on something fair. If that includes PBS, fine. I think our combined group is one of the best in the industry so let's act like it.

Like I said with my caveat, most of it (90%) still applies.

Commuting just got a little bit easier with MCI (Mobile Check-In). I really hope we can prove that we're capable of keeping this.

Commuting is even easier with NCI (No Check-In). This side has proven that we're capable of it. I'm sure you guys are just as capable of it also.
