I agree.......

Nevets does ride his unicorn to work. Trailing a rainbow behind him.

Please enlighten us, Nevets, what exactly IS this plan B you've talked about for years, but failed to execute. Pray tell us how you're going to quit flying and make $100K a year working 14 days a month. Put this to rest once and for all!!! We're all waiting!

I mean take a 10K paycut over the next 10 years or apply as FO at PSA at 55. Seriously man I don't think you grasp the situation 75 % of the CAs at Envoy are in.
At least someone gets it...

I've actually been researching the situation for awhile and have talked to XJ. I thought it would be helpful to hear from the folks that are actually out there. I dont dont have contacts here that I do at other companies where I can get a no BS answer on what to expect. I dont have the time either to browse through the 800+ pages on this thread. I thought that this was the point of APC.

Nope!! The point of APC is to post your questions, then be told by crusty old bitter Captains that you are lazy for not spending your precious spare time reading 800 pages of 95% garbage looking for the diamond in the rough of information.

I'll take a stab at the reserve time. I believe it's around 1.5-2.5 years. The upgrade time is currently 8 years. But we have 8 mandatory retirements in 2015, so that should really speed things up.
