Remember guys, the better your interview score is, the faster you can reach for shore! So study hard, there is no sim now.
So, am I hearing correctly..... the XJet pool is not a "first-in, first-out"? If your'e the poor sap with the lowest interview score, you may never get out of the pool and ultimately drown? Do you have an expiration date in their pool? Do they at least tell you how close to the top of the ladder you are?

I only see 4 trips on the on the ATL CRJ200 FO side. Any staffing problem will be fixed quickly in Nov when the 11 200s start to get pulled offline for AMR prep.

I know the 145 side is going to get slammed because they are covering ex Colgan Q400 flying while RAH ramps up their Q400 ops

What was the final number on the class that started today? Did everyone show?

1. correct. If you sink the interview, you sink to the bottom. Just a matter of how bad everyone else did before/after you.
2. Possibly, unless hiring picks up substantially to scoop you out of the bottom of the pool, which would be a possibility. They wouldn't put you in it, if they didn't think you were a good pick for the company. They have been known to kick people out of the interview, if they scores aren't up to par. If you do the pee test, you have a pretty good shot of swimming.
3. I don't know, see above.
4. You get a pretty good idea coming out of the 1 on 1 interview. However, no there is no mention of your position in the pool.

There were 16 and it looks like everyone showed. Very few Cfi's so I feel very fortunate to be in this first class.

I thought some mentioned of a bigger class, guess not. I'm sure you will have another week or two before you find out but keep us posted on domicile placements. I'm sure everyone is anxious to get this next vacancy bid out of the way.

The domiciles are suppose to given to us sometime next week but that could all get changed even after being awarded because of DFW bid coming soon after. Hope for the best but be ready for the worst I guess! We've also noticed they are actively interviewing 3-4 guys the past two days too. Hard to miss when they are the only ones wearing full suits in the cafeteria lol.
