Your in the pool or never heard to int? I hope they run classes behind us not looking forward to being at the bottom for awhile been there done that.

There's some program for FO's without a certain amount of time with the company. They go in at six months and do a training event in the sim.

Um........if they have no idea wouldn't they put you in the "Unknown" category? What are you getting at anyways? Exit interviews and such usually have info on where you are going for data purposes. Don't really know what one would have to gain by telling the company something other than what they are doing. Can't imagine that info is incredibly inaccurate.

So, am I hearing correctly..... the XJet pool is not a "first-in, first-out"? If your'e the poor sap with the lowest interview score, you may never get out of the pool and ultimately drown? Do you have an expiration date in their pool? Do they at least tell you how close to the top of the ladder you are?
