They got PBS yes, but also way better DC, better LTD, better insurance, 4 days off between trips, etc etc.
(all better than what we are even asking for)
Indigo wants PBS and still be sub par on every other item.
Im ready to call their bluff and hold the line.
They will be the ones hurting way before we will.
100% READY

I understand and support what you're saying, however I wouldn't comment on anyone flying more than others. We have no idea their financial situation, what ever that may be. Alimony/child support payments, medical payments, spouse who doesn't work and raises several kids, bills, etc. With our wages some simply can't afford to just fly the min of 70 hrs.

I am sure they are not doing it to help the company, but to help their financial state and improve their schedule. Picking up a good 4 day and swapping out a crappy 4 day w/ red eye turns all trip.

All I know is that Frontier would like to have its pilots be some of the lowest paid in the industry. Who knows if there will be anymore meetings. It would be pointless!

You might want to reconsider your interview next month. I certainly wouldn’t want to work for a company who doesn’t value their employees and especially at a place with a looming work stoppage. Just too risky. It’s better to wait it out!

The 2nd email today is out. More detailed including a copy of the company’s proposal. Don’t ask me to post that information here, I won’t.

Are any of you really that shocked that we don’t have a TA/AIP. And are you shocked THEY/ALPA has not filed for the proffer?

So ALPA thinks 2.00/hour per diem is okay? What a joke. Spirit is at 2.25/hr. Everyone else is higher except Allegiant. They also agree with a 5 year contract. As of now I am no from where we stand. Better make up for it in the other sections to convince me to vote otherwise.

You are not alone. Not by a long shot.

I don’t see PBS anywhere. Other than that, I’m glad our NC rejected it. It’s a laughing joke. Did you see Southwest stock price when they announced their big contract? Not a blip. The company’s plan has always been to resolve this on the 11th hour of the 30 day anyway. Isn’t that correct, TherapySession?
