All while we watch all our growth get codeshared out to a flag of convenience carrier or letting the company buy another airline and not merging us. That 250k (junior ca pay isn’t 250k btw) etc doesn’t mean much if those things happen. We don’t need to defend this deal to other groups. That’s just your ego talking.

Hey Rapey,
Delta +1% is what we should get. However you do realize our ask is not that. All the BS you've spewed on these forums is laughable but this last blurb of delta pay has completely discredited everything else you say from now on solely due to the fact that it proves you have no idea what our goals are. You sir have proven yourself a TROLL and worthy of no other responses about this subject.

Now I'm all for making the most money possible, but what I've said from my first post is that I'm realistic. This is not a 1 contract solution. I would say it's a 3 contract solution which the MEC would agree.
Contract 1 = fill the 40% pay gap
Contract 2 = improve pay with more planes on property
Contract 3 = improve qol issues
And again, to reiterate, it's not that I don't want a great contract first round. It's just that when something does come out and it's "realistic" I don't want to lose out on 150k because people like you want 3 dollars more per hour.
Continue to start your posts with, Hey Rapey. It only furthers my point on how completely juvenile and uneducated we are.

Hey rapey,
How do you know the education level of the whole pilot group, and their driving records. Are you peeking in our files or hob nobbing with management? As for ironed shirts and the appearance police, I've been on other higher paying airline jumpseats and have witnessed the same, sans one. If you want cookie cutter blue double breasted hat wearing excellence, put it in the employee handbook and enforce it. Quack quack!

To be 100% honest I don't really know what you are talking about. To play devil's advocate though I'll ask you, why should we get Delta pay? Based on what metric? Company profits? More than a third of our pilot group doesn't have a degree, maybe the same number has a DUI. You want Legacy pay but when I'm walking around the airport I'm embarrassed of my fellow employees. No tie, shirts not ironed, leather jackets, sweater vests under blazers, and that's if they aren't wearing a North Face over the whole thing. You want professional pay but yet we can't even follow simple guidelines.

I agree that we’re not gonna make everything up in one contract, but this entire post was beyond ridiculous
