Soooo….. let’s make sure we are all educated because this isn’t a let’s redo this in a year or two. Normal contracts usually last 7-10 years before a new one is implemented.
Also, some individuals have one foot out the door. If given an opportunity to vote for something subpar means a quick bonus/retro check, DON’T.

PLZ don’t screw your former coworkers for a quick buck.

What would you rather have? 11% now or maybe 12% after four more years of bloody battle? This fantasy of an industry standard contract seems completely unattainable.

No I’m not voting, but then again many people that chime in here don’t work at F9.

Company man I see. It’s unfortunate that your logic of how this works is so far gone. People like you should not be allowed to vote. You’re exactly the person that would vote some sh!t in just to get the money all while ripping apart our work rules. It’s not just about the hourly. I am not sure why people forget that. We could get paid $500 an hour but have no work rule protections and you would be on here b!tching about how your life sucks. Dude get lost.

$500 for first year FO does sound quite hospitable and is a good starting point.
