5 hours min for any day is one of my required....

along with snap up/MRA yearly. No more of this left $100/hr behind again.

I hope you called your reps to tell them. They need to know what we demand in our next contract.

Do people not realize the way it is currently proposed it’s still not a min day of 5 hours? It’s still average over the trip. Same sh!t that we have now. Words have meaning, the way it’s currently written is not a min cal day of 5 hours. So according to you we should call them and let them know. They already proposed the sh!t we apparently wanted. Funny how none of it will matter because we won’t see half of it. Just like the pipe dream of getting on par with the bus’ current rates.

it’s an average daily guarantee of 5:15. Same as every other airline. It seems you don’t realize what was proposed or the fact it’s an average on the daily as well everywhere else.

So that fake three day worth 10 hours is going to be 15:45? No, no it’s not. If you don’t fly day two then it’ll still be 10. That’s why cal day is important. But I forgot you guys think frontier is the only airline that has such great QOL and add drop swap and all the other things that were so important because no one has them. But reality is you’re kidding yourself if you think you’ll get 15:45 for only working day one and three. The language doesn’t support that. But keep on blowing smoke

Correct. Go look at a UAL contract comparison from last round. Average daily guarantee 515. While you’re at it look at our proposal for comparison so you can stop disseminating incorrect information. Our proposal is in line with every other contract with respect to rig.
Just an fyi for everyone. Under no agreement does rig apply to training. Two separate sections of an alpa agreement.

I believe the phrase “average daily” covers your concern and would result in 15:45 credit, so hopefully they would stop building trips like that. “Average duty period” is the problem, which would result in 10:30 like you are saying. You might have an inefficient day still such as a one leg day with a short leg followed by a heavy day where you do 8-9 hours but the average drags that last day down, but it would eliminate the long low paying trips.

Correct. You want both so that las-Phx turn still pays 5. If you simply had the nk 2-1 duty (for duty rig) it wouldn’t kick in and that sequence would pay 245ish. 2-1 doesn’t kick in until over 10 duty. It’s also possible to have two duty periods in one calendar day. So that would pay 10 instead of the 515 or whatever block was.

If I see a problem in the proposal or a TAed sec I’m more than willing to point it out. What I won’t do is start making stuff up or blowing smoke as you put it.
