You provide negative value, if I were a mod you'd be banned yesterday. Go away.

My hope for a new contract has reached an all time low.
Frontier is currently operating with a 0% margin for the second year in a row, so it's unlikely we'll secure a contract any time soon. The company simply doesn't have any money to offer. If we were to get the $200 million in contract gains we're aiming for, it would potentially push the company out of business.
I guess if you want a career contract it’s time to start looking outside this airline.

Why do people dislike us? Our performance and customer service.
What affects our performance? Lack of gates (they get rid of them in DEN... no idea why), lack of customer service, and lack of rampers.
This airline is a money printing machine but there are such SMALL things that could be done, that seemingly never get fixed. The pilots and flight attendants hold this place together and without us doing what we can to help and going above and beyond, everything would be way worse than it is now. People get on our aircraft and say its a completely different environment compared to the gate agents or customer service.

Since when has it been the EMPLOYEE'S responsibility the company makes a profit? Does McDonald's hold the fries guy responsible?
If you do your job then the profit making is the responsibility of someone way above you in the chain. If they can't do it, they should be replaced. OTHER AIRLINE CEO's found a way - why can't ours. Barry Biffle made $6M last year and that's with him selling declining value stocks (which is his primary compensation).
Please, for the love of all things good, don't ever think your worth is tied to the ability of the company.
