You are correct in regards to vacation. In regards to monthly transition, you keep 29-2, but 1-4 drops and you loose the credit. If you drop below guarantee because of this you get super seniority during monthly open time.

I could be mistaken but I believe it was $39 year 1
and maybe $69 year 2????

Those rates are incorrect, see LOA 21 1/1/2012 for current pay rates. Snap back to book rates listed above happens 3/2017. Current year 1 is $37.59 and year 2 is $65.31.

The new proposed interim rates would make first year $47 year 2 $91. But management has to agree.... Good luck with that.

It's sad. You can make more first year flying a 50 seat RJ than flying 230 pax on a 321. Just think of it as investing in seniority. Pay will go up. It's the when that's in question.
