I say upgrades 24-36 months...which is fine really because that's what it will realistically take (at a minimum) for most people to feel confident in the Bus.

Cuba will be turns, no overnights. Good showing for Frontier though!

And here's my prediction for the next base...PHL
So assuming attrition keeps up, and fleet size actually doubles in 5 years, what hire date will the most Jr CA in Denver be in say 1st quarter 2021. Don't let me down Spanky - I'm counting on an answer here.

I heard it will be the Best Western Plus BananaRama Inn - Havana Airport. I bet the drinks will be cheap!

What is your prediction on how junior a PHL base would go? I don't know too many of our pilots that live in the NE.

If it were Philly, it would go very very junior. But, it's going to be Vegas... or PHX

A joint PHL/TTN base would be a nightmare for commuters.

What are your hotels typically like? Comparable to Spirit? I.e. DoubleTrees/Hilton Gardens/etc.? How often do ya'll delve into the sub-3-star regional range?

"But it's going to be Vegas or PHX"?? And spanky...you speak as an authority with a crystal ball. Just how far are you all reaching up your own colons to pull this crap out? They don't even know this info at the headquarters because they change their minds minute to minute.

Remember something as you're guzzling gallons of the company koolaid....this thread is called "Frontier Hiring". Do the pilots searching here for info a solid and explain what working at a Frontier is truely like. Crews are amazing.... And it pretty much stops there. I'd make a list but it's more fun to read the propaganda being posted by the experts here.

Flaps...the hotels are marginal at best. Some are good but there's been way too much time spent at bad hotels that are not changed.

We're out of the MKE and CVG hotels, so I would say better than marginal. Yea, the locations aren't great, but all of our hotels are now clean and comfortable.

LAS was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in my whole life and that's saying something cause I sometimes use the quality in ORD... MKE was bad too... I didn't mind CVG... Clean and comfortable is all you can ask for... I don't really care if we stay downtown anywhere... It'll cost you $10 -$20 in an uber to get anywhere... It is my understanding that they're trying to tighten up the hotel language in the contract... I for one am pretty excited by this prospect... We'll be staying in top notch properties by 2030... Give em five years after we get a new deal to really go to work on our hotels
