A joint PHL/TTN base would be a nightmare for commuters.

What are your hotels typically like? Comparable to Spirit? I.e. DoubleTrees/Hilton Gardens/etc.? How often do ya'll delve into the sub-3-star regional range?

"But it's going to be Vegas or PHX"?? And spanky...you speak as an authority with a crystal ball. Just how far are you all reaching up your own colons to pull this crap out? They don't even know this info at the headquarters because they change their minds minute to minute.

Remember something as you're guzzling gallons of the company koolaid....this thread is called "Frontier Hiring". Do the pilots searching here for info a solid and explain what working at a Frontier is truely like. Crews are amazing.... And it pretty much stops there. I'd make a list but it's more fun to read the propaganda being posted by the experts here.

Flaps...the hotels are marginal at best. Some are good but there's been way too much time spent at bad hotels that are not changed.

We're out of the MKE and CVG hotels, so I would say better than marginal. Yea, the locations aren't great, but all of our hotels are now clean and comfortable.

LAS was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in my whole life and that's saying something cause I sometimes use the quality in ORD... MKE was bad too... I didn't mind CVG... Clean and comfortable is all you can ask for... I don't really care if we stay downtown anywhere... It'll cost you $10 -$20 in an uber to get anywhere... It is my understanding that they're trying to tighten up the hotel language in the contract... I for one am pretty excited by this prospect... We'll be staying in top notch properties by 2030... Give em five years after we get a new deal to really go to work on our hotels

Oh and I also heard the company is bringing a proposal for our "upward pay adjustments" sometime this week... Is getting our 3/1/17 pay rate actually a pay adjustment?!

How the hell would we actually know anything. The BOD doesn't tell us crap. Supposedly they had two meetings with the company on Monday and Tuesday. Assuming that's true, you'd think they would at least let us know how the meetings went.

Especially considering how we were promised better communications during the election.

Do you expect to receive text updates each day summarizing how things are going? Detailed email updates within a week of each meeting is realistic and appropriate.

Chill out, its a marathon and not a sprint.

Our worst hotels have gotten replaced but we shouldn't have to subsidize the company's already high margins by spending our own money to Uber downtown when there's a 24 + hour layover. Industry standard means standard across the board. I know most major airlines have better hotel language than we do so why are we settling for less.

I don't think any of us are looking are looking for a novel five minutes after negotiations end but a couple sentences in an email the next day explaining the general mood of the NC shouldn't be too much to ask for. Otherwise everyone feels left out in the dark and assumes the worst. I agree with you that section 6 is going to be a marathon, but LOA 67 negotiations have nothing to do with section 6. Every day we have worked after April 1st without a new payscale is a contract violation IMO and I hope the union treats it as such.
