If they would just provide hotels and drop the training contract they would probably get quite a few more quality applicants!

I have been applying since February of 2016 and still nothing so I'm guessing Frontier is not desperate just yet.

That is too logical to be an actual Frontier business decision. This management does not give two sh#ts about quality.

If you are still interested and have the means, find Frontier at a job fair, and/or pull strings for any internal recs you can. Those do still hold weight.

Suffer? Really? How?

When are you going to realize there's one way and one thing that's going to increase our pay?
It's called a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Nothing more, nothing less.
It's going to take renegotiating our CBA to get a raise.

Your so called easy way out has been going on in the airline industry since it's inception.

Good times....another year of "active" benefits enrollment. And another year of someone missing it so they don't get insurance for the next year and saving the CO money. Intentional? Unethical? Standard ops and maybe, just maybe, contributes to decision to apply.

Annual Open Enrollment and the policies attached thereto are actually driven by federal law.

Default application question

anyone have any helpful advice of how to delete a resume that was attached to the online application. When I attempted to update my resume and attach a new one, the old one is still there and I it doesn't have PIC time on it.

Thanks for any help

Is it really though? Nowadays regionals have faster upgrade and more compensation respectively depending on which one than F9. AND they pay for your hotel. And they offer a flow or interview with a legacy. I hear the QOL may be better and the A320 is cool but there are some serious reservations about going to F9 nowadays. Just my very humble opinion as a regional FO....

Just remember one of the main reasons regionals exist is so they can pay you less to have a cheap feed. Yes, some regional pilots are getting bonuses right now that make their first year year pay higher than F9's. Isn't it interesting though that it comes in form of bonuses instead of pay rates?
I flew with a lot of guys that turned down Legacy jobs because first year pay was.....yep 37 bucks an hour. This was no more than three years ago. They would now
be making north of 150 a hour, but are stuck making 90-100ish with less benefits and less retirement. Things change quick, Frontier is currently in negotiations will it be a fight? Yes. But, I like our chances. Will the pay get better? Yes. Will they pay for hotels during new hire training....most likely. Will hiring at the Legacies slow down? Who knows, but it's likely. When that happens what will happen to your regional? The whipsaw will never stop at the regional level. If you happen to be stuck at a regional that gets whipsawed, it's not pretty.
Just my humble opionion as ULCC FO.
