Yes, this is correct. Re-think your decision if they are struggling to get pilots and sending out TBNT letters to those they want. Wow!

I would call and leave a message every hour on your day off and email every hour. Be nice and polite. I bet they will get back to you within a day. Our HR department is like every employee at F9. (except us underworked pilots) They wear 3 or 4 hats and are overworked and not paid enough.

Working here is like that Army recruitment slogan from the 80's.
