Obviously a 1 time management troll posting designed to provoke and elicit responses to use in their next letter. Thankfully I think all the real Frontier pilots have abandoned posting on this forum until we have an agreement to sign. Talk to your reps if you need info. This place is a cesspool of entrapment and misinformation. Post at your own risk.
100% READY TO STRIKE!!! And waiting for a feckless government agency to wake up!!!

The embarrassment is real guys. I can't even say this place is better than the worst regional. Here are a few things mgmt has done recently.
Cancelled 170ish pilots vacations for the month of August.
Sent threatening letters to pilots who have called out sick for more than 12 days in a calendar year.
Sent threatening letters to pilots who flew less than 70 hours in a month this last year.
Telling dispatchers, crew scheduling and SOC to blame the pilots on all of the cancelled flights.
And who knows whats next from them. I've never been around a more toxic environment.

If you are a regular here (or even if you're not), use your common sense. If it seems argumentative for the sake of arguing (and not really a point which makes sense), then it's probably a ploy. Say what you want about the viability of attempting to use what is supposed to be an anonymous blog but:
F9 pilots were, at one point, among the highest paid if not THE highest paid narrow body domestic pilot group. That is a fact that no one can change and is something many other pilot groups cannot say.
F9 was purchased by a company which specializes in making money in the short term by capitalizing on distressed companies, changing their business model into low cost/budget packages and underpaying their labor. This is a fact as well - it's well known and can easily be discovered by doing a 15-20 minute google search on the term "frontier airlines business model." Again, we are NOT in the same boat of many other pilot groups with this one either.
The company is not interested in developing a great or even good product. They do not care about the level and quantity of complaints or repeat business. They rely solely on the fact that people mostly gravitate toward the cheapest when shopping. If the product is cheap enough, some if not most of the general public will endure the lowered level of service.
None of this should be surprise. But more importanly, nor should it be our focus as pilots. People, especially the NMB, are not stupid and know that the pilots aren't to blame for lost luggage, unprofessional gate agents, non-reclining seats and cramped aisle spacing, lack of gate availability, poor maintenance, inconsistent scheduling which results in crew swaps due to timing out, etc. Given this knowledge, it is our job to continue being the professional airman that we are. We need to continue to pride ourselves on doing our jobs effectively and efficiently. That's called integrity and it's imperative that you do not lower your standards while flying, be unprofessional at work or acting in a manner that is outside the flight manual or against the wishes of our labor union. Most importanly, we can not be fearful of being out of work on a strike for as long as it takes to get what we think we deserve.
If you are of the thought process that we'll never get to strike, then I'm not really sure why you are here. Striking is our only recourse - if it's not a realistic possibility, then there is no need to comment about any part of the negotiations (unless, of course, you're that lowly of an individual that feels like you need to drag everyone else's hopes down with you). In fact, without the fear of a strike, there will NEVER be an increase in any part of contract language; in which case, we all are doomed to the current contract until we retire or leave.
Strength and honor...
