I don’t think it’s even that high. Meanwhile classes still running 20+ each month. So no VSA/upgrades is odd.

COME ON DOWN! Frontier is offering the deal of a lifetime! Bottom of the barrel pay, poor healthcare, and empty promises of a new contract and fast upgrades.
BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE, Frontier has a new sick policy. In your first year at Frontier you’ll be guaranteed NOT to be sick, because you’ll be fired if you make a sick call. Imagine the opportunity, you’ll never be sick and you can have a great chance to ruin your career.
This is not a limited time offer, but will be offered for the foreseeable future.

July 2018 Seniority says 1249
I was almost last on that list last year. I’ve only moved up 33 numbers. That’s 2.75 per month. The growth will be next year. And I don’t see anyone going anywhere right now.

The guys who were fired had over 40 sick days prior to being let go.

Anyone know why they didn’t run a VSA for July? I heard they hired 20+ guys. Maybe it’s a sign they’re backed up in sims and don’t expect them to be put on the line by October?

New hires will have a very short leash now. This new Pilot Peer Program will keep you in check. I guess there have been a few failing out lately.
Here is just a sample of the new program.
The goal of the Pilot Peer Review program is to provide oversight and guidance to new-hire / probationary First
Officers through evaluation of six criteria to include:
- Flying in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Pilot duties (i.e. walk-around, Pilot Flying/Monitoring)
- Knowledge (FAR’s, Flight Operations Manuals, etc.)
- Crew Resource Management (CRM)
- Professionalism
- Appearance (i.e. uniform standards and overall appearance)
The success of the program rests within the hands of the largest stakeholders, the Pilots. Open and honest
feedback allows us to ensure the success of our Pilot group. A brief Program Overview includes:
- First Officer’s will be required to obtain three (3) New Hire Pilot Reviews from Captains with whom
they have flown within six (6) months from date of hire.
- After obtaining three reports, no later than 6 months, the First Officer will meet with their respective
Base Chief Pilot to review their peer reports.
- Base Chief Pilots will, in person, review performance standards and expectations with corrective
actions and/or commendations and determine if subsequent meetings are required at nine (9) months
