It’s almost as if the actual flying is more trainable than attitude, cultural fit, empathy, and personal values.

The most technically proficient pilot doesn’t necessarily make the best contribution to the organization.

Yep guess the boobs or different skin color makes the best contribution to the company.

It certainly doesn't help these days. I guess today's white male needs to pay for years of discrimination. That'll show all those people from the 60s who are now dead.

It doesn’t hurt, either. Look at some hiring class photos and tell me how you’re “paying for” anything.

It does hurt if having a vagina would give me a couple more years seniority and top of the pay scale. Or even save me from beginning my furloughed. So yes it does hurt. Could be millions of dollars of hurt.

And yet, white males are getting hired at age 24 with no TPIC, too. So weird. It’s almost as if the “advantages” are being completely overblown.

Yep... they should just take that off the application and judge someone one merit alone. That way there can’t be any advantages especially since.... never mind not going there with ya. Have a good night.
