Are you able to share what the scales look like in the new TA? I've read that the starting FO's are $40 but that is it on scales. Any additional information here would be super appreciated!
Thank you!

To avoid confusion in the future, it's probably best to wait to post it if it passes.
To give you an idea of what it is, it starts at 40 with each successive year being about an 8% increase from current hourly pay.

I don't think it's a big deal if it's posted.
The proposed scale will be as follows (if voted in):
Year 1: $40
Year 2: $46
Year 3: $47
Upgrade will be during year two pay.
For lifers it tops out about $53 in 2023.

What about new hire bonus? Will it be a set bonus or does it change?

This is entirely separate from the 20-30k the company has been giving to pilots in university flight schools behind our backs, and will be the subject of upcoming arbitration.

Right now it's going to be set at $15k for the dash and $10k for the jet, and if the company doesn't get the number they want they can raise it to a maximum of $25k.
