I think I read the vote on this new TA started May 3rd. When does the voting end? How soon after will the results be known? Any indications which direction it is going?

Thanks in advance!

The voting ends on the 23rd, results will be immediate. It will most likely pass.

Another follow up, sorry for all the questions.

Are you able to share what the scales look like in the new TA? I've read that the starting FO's are $40 but that is it on scales. Any additional information here would be super appreciated!

Thank you!

If passed, it would change the entire FO pay scale. There is no B-scale.

To avoid confusion in the future, it's probably best to wait to post it if it passes.

To give you an idea of what it is, it starts at 40 with each successive year being about an 8% increase from current hourly pay.

I don't think it's a big deal if it's posted.

The proposed scale will be as follows (if voted in):

Year 1: $40
Year 2: $46
Year 3: $47

Upgrade will be during year two pay.

For lifers it tops out about $53 in 2023.

What about new hire bonus? Will it be a set bonus or does it change?

Right now it's going to be set at $15k for the dash and $10k for the jet, and if the company doesn't get the number they want they can raise it to a maximum of $25k.

This is entirely separate from the 20-30k the company has been giving to pilots in university flight schools behind our backs, and will be the subject of upcoming arbitration.

Correct. We were really expecting more with this TA, however the company has given away so much money to people who don't even work here they are saying they can't offer us any more improvements because "there's nothing left."
