If the mods would just ban about 4 or 5 obvious accounts (repeat offenders), this problem would self-resolve, I'd wager.

In the Blueworld, internet chatter is more harmful than industry lagging base pay, cola, PS, unlimited domestic narrowbody code sharing, all because our industry-leading parings would make up for all of that with improved QOL. "It the hidden gem of the contract".

That is what is embarrassing.

That and a group that willingly Roller Girled the TA like its was Dirk Diggler.

Now, the MEC is blaming the company for bad hotels, pairings and dispute process. Wasn't it the MEC the approved all this stuff and sold it to the pilot group?

Is that the definition of insanity or hubris or delusion or CYA or all four!

I can't tell because I'm just a line pilot who doesn't know sh!t and is miserable and a loser and can't improve my life so I post here to make myself feel better.

This is what really happens.

New hires hit the line and within 6 months their NPS falls through the floor. Except those that still appear here to insist that 1 + 1 = 11.

 

That’s all well and good BJD but when it comes down to it what are you doing to effect change? Is this it? Might as well just go in your back yard and yell at a cloud if so.

Or do only those who wear a MEC polo shirt that is two sizes too small get point of the obvious to those who have been here more than a day and is not a project pilot?
