That's a Bingo...

I just tried to swap into a longer trip. The trip was longer, and covered the same days (actually more than) the trip I was trying to swap out of. Trip was much better for me.

Denied, reserve grid.

This CAN'T be allowed to continue. Period.

Same as these atrocious pairings that have only gotten worse for the last year.

I'm fine with a narrower scope/quick deal/extension, but there are a few issues that need to be fixed IMMEDIATELY.

Our pairings have gone to GARBAGE, and our pairings are our QOL.
I’d be a no on 6% and no scheduling changes, that was pretty much an instantaneous thought too.

Well then you clearly didn't read the "More Info" tab next to 25.S ;-)

Let me guess…you’d “hold your nose and vote yes” again?

Can we start with that 3% we got from the NEA and add a “0” to it for a starting point? 30% plus is needed

I’m gonna vote yes now, just to antagonize you

Denied, reserve grid=12pt.
Did you call them? If the same days are covered and you call scheduling, they’ll approve it in about 5 seconds. Works every time for me.

Call Crew Scheduling? Over some nonsense like that? I get what you’re saying, and, yes, that is a process you are to use when trades like that get denied, but you shouldn’t even have to call them. It’s insane that FLICA is even programmed that way to deny it to begin with—and more insane that it hasn’t been fixed after all this time—mind blown.

We need better, and I hope we get it in our next contract.

Calling them and getting it taken car of manually is great and all...

until someone else snags the trip that could have been yours in the meantime.

We need better trip trading ability. Period.

I hope everyone gave some serious numbers to our contract extension survey.
