I was too new to vote on the earlier LOA. Judging on that I have no confidence in this group voting in standing their ground. Plus, judging on the language Ive heard it all before. Yes now and we’ll promise more later!

I was wondering what everyone thought about the latest email. I think it is a smart move to get some better pay rates now in case we don’t finish the whole contract by the time a JCBA starts negotiations. But there sure are some scheduling issues I wish we could address. Namely the reserve grid as well as a few other aspects.

^^^^^^…..gets it. CK will write an email explaining how a 2% raise and Flica committee is a great deal during President Spongebrain $hitpants 8% inflation and this gullible group will vote it in 60/40 at least. Just hope there are bigger balls on the Spirit side of it all happens.

That’s the Cliffs notes version. You are fully up to speed.

Hey CK! Unless we get at least Chautauqua +3%… I am a firm NO vote.

They could offer $450/hr and if pairs still look the way they do today, I’m a NO. Doing what we’ve been doing for the past year with regards to these pairings is a nonstarter.

They could add some provision like no in-base layovers and the company has a dozen other ways to make the pairings miserable that ALPA doesn’t know about yet. Meanwhile $450/hour sounds pretty nice.

Yes, $450 sounds nice. Now in the real world, how you gonna vote on 6% plus no scheduling improvements???

Our pairings have gone to GARBAGE, and our pairings are our QOL.

I agree that there are a dozen ways to make our pairings worse that out NC won’t see coming. If only there was a group we could join who has experience in airline contracts and has been negotiating them for 90 years…
