Basically 21.5% over 18 months. No profit sharing. Snap up clause to UA/AA/DA. Kinda disappointed, I thought profit sharing was gonna be the turning point.

Less than Alaska because of their average profit sharing payout.

12 year CA $320 starting March 1.

$330 Aug 1 2022

$340 Aug 1 2023

so the 320/330/340 was correct. can someone calculate what the snap up would be based on delta and Alaska's new rates coupled with united and southwest and American's current rates? or whatever guess someone can guess? like when would it snap up and what would it snap up to? it seems to me they want to put off the snapping up as long as possible and hit us with these lower rates now, saving millions between now and then.

Kind of? 13% is not accurate. Top CA increases by 20% right away…

Which is actually smart business. We had a rough go as a company this year; this offers us fair compensation now without sinking the ship, which is important.

Minus profit sharing I think this is actually super fair. It’s really, really close to what I was expecting and not at all the super let-down that Spirit got, plus it’s got a snap up which will keep us competitive. I’m a yes.

You forgot SWA and Alaska. Why the F is Alaska included? Wasn’t the big selling point of LOA 17 that we were basically disconnecting ourself from Alaska?

Check your math. $283.11 x 1.13 = $319.91. Where are you getting 20%?
